Activity in the Tiny Hearts Farm greenhouses in Copake is gearing up for the new season. The flower farm is owned and operated by Jenny Elliott and Luke Franco, who became part of the Copake Agriculture Center in 2014 and have grown their farm from 5 to 30 acres. Tiny Hearts acquired a storefront in Hillsdale in 2018, which will open for the new season on March 11. The greenhouses are heated by the sun.
