GHENT–The Ghent Sportsman’s Association, 1128 County Route 9, held its annual kids fishing derby on Saturday, April 27. 134 kids signed up to participate and 102 fish were caught.
Results were as follows:
1-6 year-olds:
1. Carson Hoyt 13-1/2″ 11oz.
2. Kailie Rogers 13″ 11oz.
3. Wesson Davey 12-3/4″ 11oz.
7-9 year-olds:
1. Ava Rimerez 13″ 9oz.
2. Tyler O’Connell 13″ 7oz.
3. Abigail Zuniga 13″ 8oz.
10-12 year-olds:
1. Ryan Kaninberg 13-3/4″ 8oz.
2. Tristen Pulver 13’1/4″ 9oz.
3. Isabella Snyder 13″ 9oz.
13-15 year-olds:
1. Matthew Pierro 13″ 10oz.
2. Silas Rivers 12-1/2″ 9oz.
3. Cordel Brockett 12-1/2″ 8oz.
