This mare and colt are just getting to know each other. They are miniature horses and the colt, shown here on Tuesday, July 11, was born at 3 a.m. Sunday, July 9. The colt will likely grow to about 31” high and no one will ride them, but they will have plenty to keep them busy. They are therapeutic animals and will pull a small cart and otherwise interact with the people living at Triform in Columbia County. Photo by Lance Wheeler
