STOCKPORT—It is with heavy hearts that his family announces the passing of Thomas M. Davis, Saturday, February 22, 2025 at the age of 75. A loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend, his warmth, kindness, and generosity will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Born in Alexandria, VA, May 3, 1949, he proudly served in the United States Air Force before embarking on a long and successful career with Verizon, where he worked for more than 30 years. He was a dedicated provider and a man of great integrity, whose work ethic and commitment left a lasting impression. Even after his retirement, he continued to serve his community, as a member of the election polls and dedicating time to the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) and the American Legion. His sense of duty and service to others remained steadfast throughout his life.
He is survived by: his beloved wife, Christine (Cordato) Davis; his children, Kimberly (Dominick) Scali, Lori Davis (Rowe), and Marci (Dennis) Pimpiano; his cherished grandchildren, Katarina, Nicolas, Skylar, Marissa, Penelope and Annya-Mae; his siblings, Roy (Jean) Davis, and Carol (Richard) Hawks, along with many beloved nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Roy and Edna Davis; his sister, Bobbie-Sue and his brother-in-law, Frank Sokira.
Calling hours will be held at Sacco Funeral Home, 700 Town Hall Drive, Greenport, Friday, February 28, 2025, from 4 to 7 p.m. A funeral service will take place Saturday, March 1, 2025, 11 a.m., beginning at the funeral home. Burial will be Monday March 3, 2025 at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Route 9, Stuyvesant.

A celebration of his life will be held this spring.
