On June 26, parents, students, teachers and staff gathered to celebrate graduation day for the Ichabod Crane Central School District’s class of 2020. This year however, was a little different. Upon arrival, family members were directed to stay in their cars and proceed to the primary school parking lot where they were assigned parking spaces in view of a large video screen. Similar to a drive-in movie, families could listen to the ceremony on the car radio while adhering to the social distancing guidelines. The graduating seniors were directed to the auditorium to wait before the ceremony, which was held outside on the school’s campus.
