HUDSON–Lance M. Fongemie, 28, of Hudson was charged with three counts of second degree assault (with intent to cause serious injury), three counts of third degree criminal possession of a weapon (previous conviction and criminal obstruction of breathing /blood circulation by Hudson Police Sergeant Corey J. Skype and Detective David Miller, Jr., June 29 at 1:32 p.m.
Mr. Fongemie was arrested on the felony complaints after police saw him walking in Prison Alley. The charges stem from a June 28 dispute at 10 p.m. at a residence on the 200 block of Columbia Street.
Police went to the hospital to interview the assault victim. Mr. Fongemie allegedly assaulted a 33-year-old woman with a bottle, a wooden handle and a crowbar. She sustained injuries from three different weapons during the assault which caused her injuries. He also allegedly obstructed her breathing.
Arraigned before City Judge Mark Portin, Mr. Fongemie was sent to the county jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or bond.
*Timothy W. Snyder, 24, of Hudson was charged with third degree assault (with intent to cause physical injury), fourth degree criminal mischief (intent to damage property) and second degree criminal contempt (disobey a court order) by Officer Shane C. Bower at 16 South Front Street, April 11 at 1:38 a.m.
Mr. Snyder was involved in a dispute during which he allegedly punched holes in the wall of a woman’s residence and pushed her causing her to strike her face and sustain a cut. At the time of the incident, Mr. Snyder was under an active Hudson City Court order of protection.
He was arraigned before City Judge John Connor and jailed in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or bond.
