CHATHAM–Chatham Police are investigating a burglary at the Getty Station, 123 Hudson Avenue that happened Thursday, March 10 at 2 a.m.
Police say that unknown perpetrator(s) tossed a cement block through the glass entry door on the west-side of the building. They then went inside the store, headed to the cigarette stands and took about 25 cartons of cigarettes.

*One driver was hurt in a two-vehicle accident on Route 203 at the Houseman Avenue intersection, February 25 at 5:26 p.m.
Kyle Wheeler, 18 of Chatham was driving north on Houseman Avenue, when his vehicle entered the eastbound lane of Route 203, where it was struck in the driver’s side by a vehicle driven by Rianna Massoud, 19, of Poestenkill, who was headed east.
The Chatham Rescue Squad took Mr. Wheeler to the Albany Medical Center for treatment of head pain. Ms. Massoud was not hurt. Chatham firefighters were also on the scene. An investigation by Chatham Police is continuing.
*Maxx C. Wenzel, 24, of New Lebanon was charged with operating a motor vehicle-impaired by drugs, unlawful possession of marijuana, and speeding by Chatham Police during a traffic stop on Spring Street, Chatham, February 9 at 4:51 p.m.
He was arraigned before Justice Michael Hart in Chatham Town Court and released on $275 cash bail pending a later court date in Village Court.
