HUDSON–Drugs, paraphernalia and cash were seized when City Police executed a search warrant at 236 Robinson Street, in a second floor rear apartment, June 29 at 9:49 p.m.
The search warrant was issued in Columbia County Court and members of the Hudson Police Special Operations Unit, with the assistance of detectives and uniformed officers, executed it.
The apartment resident Maxmillian Sloley, 33, was charged with third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (possession of heroin with intent to sell), a class B felony; second degree criminal possession of marijuana (possession of more than 16 ounces of marijuana) a class D felony; and two counts of second degree criminally using drug paraphernalia, class A misdemeanors.
Police say Mr. Sloley is also on federal probation out of White Plains.
During the search, police seized 14 glassine envelopes of heroin, just under two pounds of marijuana, $1,410 in US currency, packaging material and a scale for dispensing a narcotic drug.
The investigation is continuing.
Mr. Sloley is awaiting arraignment in Hudson City Court.
Also assisting Hudson Police Department during the investigation was the Columbia County District Attorney’s Office.
