BETHLEHEM — A Virginia man has been arrested and transported to New York on charges related to a domestic incident in Bethlehem.
Steven Miccuci, 60, was arrested Aug. 25 in Virginia by members of the Chesterfield County Police Department and returned to New York, according to the Bethlehem Police Department.
Bethlehem Police officers travelled to Chesterfield to transport Micucci back to New York.
He has been charged with two counts of first-degree criminal contempt, a class E felony, and two counts of second-degree harassment, a violation.
Micucci was processed in Bethlehem and remanded to the Albany County Correctional Facility in lieu of $7,000 cash or $10,000 bond.
He is scheduled to return to the Town of Bethlehem Court on Sept. 19.
