RAVENA-COEYMANS-SELKIRK — The Ravens coasted to a victory Friday night after scoring three touchdowns in the first quarter.
The team was on the road against Schalmont and took home its second win of the season.
The three touchdowns in the beginning of the game were all it took. The Ravens only allowed six points in the third quarter and closed out the game with a 21-6 victory.
The Ravens’ season record now stands at 2-1. Their only loss was in the opening game against Columbia. That was followed by a home win against Ichabod Crane 45-0 and then the victory against Schalmont.
The loss puts the Sabres’ record at 1-1.
The Ravens will next face off against non-conference Broadalbin-Perth at home on Friday, beginning at 7 p.m. The Patriots have a 1-2 record on the season.
