RAVENA-COEYMANS-SELKIRK — The Schalmont Sabres snapped the RCS Ravens’ six-game winning streak Tuesday.

After starting off the season unbeaten over the first six games, the Ravens fell to the Sabres on their home field in a 1-6 loss.

Senior Katie McFerran knocked in RCS’s lone goal of the game, with eighth grader Addison Lochner getting the assist.

Prior to Tuesday’s game, the Ravens had only given up a single goal in six games, to Albany Academy in the second match of the 2024 season.

RCS will next head out on the road Thursday for a game against Voorheesville, beginning at 4:30 p.m.
