RAVENA-COEYMANS-SELKIRK — The RCS varsity girls’ soccer team continued its dominance Tuesday with a 4-0 shutout over Troy.

The team won its fifth straight game of the season. Over the past five games, the Ravens have only allowed a single goal.

On Tuesday, senior Katie McFerran led the way with two goals. Junior Mackenzie Cross had one goal and one assist, and sophomore Hayden Wolfe also contributed one goal and one assist.

The Ravens started out the 2024 season with a 3-0 win over La Salle Institute in the opening game and never looked back — they followed that with a 7-1 blowout against Albany Academy, then 6-0 and 5-0 wins over Cohoes and Coxsackie-Athens, respectively.

The Ravens will be back on their home field on Thursday when they will face off against Catholic Central at 7 p.m.
