  • Kyle Sweet, 34, of Greenville, was arrested Jan. 26 at 12:03 a.m. in Greenville and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Rebekah Briggs, 40, of Purling, was arrested Jan. 26 at 5:08 p.m. in Cairo and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, second-degree menacing with a weapon, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, all class A misdemeanors; and assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon, a class D felony. Her arrestee status was unknown.
  • Emiliano Rosales, 29, of Catskill, was arrested Jan. 27 at 10:03 p.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

  • John Amen, 33, of Maspeth, was arrested Jan. 28 at 9:55 p.m. in Hunter and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Ashley Drum, 38, of Johnstown, was arrested Jan. 29 at 12:13 a.m. in Durham and charged with reckless endangerment of property, a class B misdemeanor; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, both class A misdemeanors; and reckless driving, an unclassified misdemeanor.   • Diamonique Cochrane, 27, of Athens, was arrested Feb. 10 at 3:45 p.m. in Athens and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a narcotic drug, a class C felony; first-degree criminal possession of a narcotic drug, a class A felony; criminal possession of a firearm, a class E felony; and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class D felony. He was held.
