HUDSON–Jean M. Canada, 69, of Hudson, passed away Thursday, May 6, 2010 at Columbia Memorial Hospital.

Born in Chicago on December. 29 1940, she was the daughter of Jesse and Margaret (Myles) Reynolds.

Mrs. Canada was a homemaker and loved spending time with her family. Before retiring she worked in the production department at KAZ, Inc.

She was a hardworking, inspirational and influential person.

Mrs. Canada was the beloved mother of William Reynolds of Miami and Jina Reynolds of Hudson; devoted grandmother of Jayelle Young and Reginald Scott; loving sister of Ashley Reynolds, Mary Walker, Mariam Reynolds, Jackie Reynolds and Jesse Reynolds, all of Chicago; and special aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Her husband, John Canada; two brothers, Tommy and Larry Reynolds; and her sister Patricia Webster died previously.

A calling hour will begin at 2:30 p.m. Monday at the Bates & Anderson – Redmond & Keeler Funeral Home, 110 Green Street, Hudson.
