Margaret M. Caggianelli (1930 – 2016)
GREENPORT—Margaret M. “Peggy” Caggianelli, 86, of Greenport died peacefully at home surrounded by her family Monday July 18, 2016.
Born in Catskill July 6, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Cosmo and Mary Antonelli.
Mrs. Caggianelli was a self-employed beautician for many years, and was a communicant of Holy Trinity Parish in Hudson.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband, John J. Caggianelli in 2010, also her daughter, Michelle M. Caggianelli. Mrs. Caggianelli will be greatly missed by her loving son, John A. and (Mavis) Caggianelli of Greenport; one brother, Michael and (Roberta) Antonelli of Texas, and her sister, Katherine Jesser of Las Vegas, NV. She was predeceased by her two brothers, Cosmo and Paul Antonelli.
Calling hours will be private.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. at Holy Trinity Parish (St. Mary’s Church), 429 East Allen Street, Hudson. Burial will follow in Cedar Park Cemetery.
