Lawrence W. Kelly (1943 – 2019)
STOCKPORT—Lawrence W. Kelly, 76, of Stockport passed away October 4, 2019, after a long battle with a rare form of Parkinson’s called PSP.
Born in Albany August 28, 1943, he was the son of Genevieve Kelly and the late Charles Kelly. He graduated from Albany High School and Siena College.
“Larry” was a U.S. Army veteran and retired from the New York State Office of Children and Family Services.
He is survived by: his loving wife, Barbara M. (Bombard) Kelly. They celebrated their 52nd anniversary April 1. In addition to his wife and mother, he is also survived by: his daughters, Janel Walsh (Brad) of Valatie, Jennifer Corsaro (John) of Rotterdam and Lori Eastman (Jon) of Clifton Park; his grandchildren, Rachel and Makayla Walsh, Marissa, Daniel and Nicholas Corsaro and Ryan and Morgan Eastman; his sister, Barbara Seebode of Valatie along with many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers, Charles Kelly (Dorothy) and Donald Kelly(Rosemary).
Mr. Kelly enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. His vacations to Maine, Cape Cod and Lake Placid brought him great happiness.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held Tuesday, October 8 at St. John the Baptist Church, Valatie with the Reverend George Fleming officiating. Burial followed in St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands. Arrangements were with the Raymond E. Bond Funeral Home, 1015 Kinderhook Street, Valatie.
Deborah L. Bordeaux (1949 – 2019)
PHILMONT—Deborah L. Bordeaux, 70, of Tri Brook Road in Hillsdale passed away Monday, September 30, 2019 at the Pine Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born February 18, 1949 in Hudson, to the late Wilfred and Eleanor (Mossman) Pfeiffer.
Prior to her retirement, she served as an office supervisor at the former K-Mart in Great Barrington, MA.
She enjoyed weekly bowling at Cove Lanes in Great Barrington, doing her needlework, watching the Food Network and playing board games and puzzles. She attended the Hillsdale United Methodist Church.
Survivors include: her husband, Paul F. Bordeaux; her children, Paul Bordeaux, Jr., and Stephen Bordeaux, all of Hillsdale. She also leaves: her grandchildren, Joshua and Elizabeth Bordeaux; her siblings, Pamela Keeler of Hillsdale, Susan Call of Copake and David Pfeiffer of Hillsdale; several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Bordeaux was predeceased by a son, Eric Bordeaux and her siblings, John Pfeiffer, Lois Decker and Jane MacIntosh.
A memorial service will be held at the Hillsdale United Methodist Church at a date and time to be announced.
Private interment will be in the North Hillsdale Cemetery.

Cecil Ryman
HUDSON—Cecil Ryman, 91, of Hudson passed away Friday, October 4, 2019 with his family by his side and the good stories flowing. He always had a story about the places he was stationed and how cold it was in Greenland.
Born in Millville, West Virginia, Mr. Ryman served in the United States military for 25 years and had a long career as a food service manager. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and was a lifetime member of the VFW and the Greenport Senior Citizens. He had many special people in his life whom he was blessed to spend time with, and share many holiday meals.
Mr. Ryman is survived by: his wife of 67 years, Mary (Lomino) Ryman; children, Michael (Lisa) Ryman, Judith Cleary, Marylou (Robert) Bailly; daughter-in-law, Lea Ryman; grandchildren, Robert, Marie (Ciaran), Steven, Jennifer (Kyle), Michael, Katie, Erica, and Joseph, along with several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son, Edward Ryman, and son-in-law, Richard Cleary, Jr.
Visitation at the Bates & Anderson-Redmond & Keeler Funeral Home, 110 Green Street, Hudson, was Tuesday, October 8 followed by a funeral service. Interment with military honors will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Stuyvesant Falls. Contributions in memory of Mr. Ryman may be made to the Church of St. Joseph or the Greenport Rescue Squad.
Michael M. Mohnach (1957 – 2019)
GERMANTOWN—With deepest sorrow his family announces that Michael Martin Mohnach, age 62, of Germantown passed away September 25, 2019.
He was born February 12, 1957 and grew up in Wappingers Falls. A 1975 graduate of John Jay High School, he attended Marist College and retired from Comcast after 35 years.
An avid hunter and fisherman, “Mike” had a deep appreciation for nature and all the wonders that it provided. He lived life to its fullest and was always first in line whenever anyone needed a hand. Being the oldest sibling and cousin, he was truly a role model for his family and will be deeply missed.
Mr. Mohnach is survived by: his wife, Dusty and family of NY; his father, Martin Mohnach of FL; brothers, Richard Mohnach of NY, James Mohnach (Christy) of CA, Steven Mohnach of VA; nephews and niece, Steven Mohnach of CA, Ryan Mohnach of CA, Nicole Mohnach of CA, Westley Mohnach of VA, Lucas Mohnach of NC, Chipper Mohnach of VA; many aunts and cousins.
He was preceded in death by: his mother, Elizabeth Recchia Mohnach; first wife, Susan Sedlacek Mohnach; only son and love of his life, Michael, Jr.; grandparents, Mike and Grace Mohnach, Quito and Bertha Recchia.

Joseph N. Lewis (1959 – 2019)
HUDSON—Joseph Nathaniel Lewis, 59, of Hudson died Friday, October 4, 2019 at Columbia Memorial Hospital.
Born in Westmoreland, Jamaica, October 26, 1959, he was the son of the late Benjamin and Epsie (McFarlane) Lewis.
He was a landscaper and worked locally for many years.
Mr. Lewis will be missed by his spouse of many years, June Holness; his sons, Ramona (Quantaza) Lewis, Jason Lewis and Andra Lewis; daughters, Maydeen Lewis and Jessica Lewis-Garcia; three brothers; four sisters and seven grandchildren.

June M. Baumli (1938 – 2019)
ALBANY—June Marylin (Smith) Baumli, 81, of New Lebanon passed away peacefully Sunday, October 6, 2019 at the Albany Medical Center Hospital.
Born in New Lebanon in 1938, she was the daughter of the late Egbert and Mildred Snow Smith.
Mrs. Baumli was the matriarch of her family and took pride in raising her three children the way only a mother could. She was the family nurse, chef, accountant and whatever else she needed to be in order for her family to thrive.
She was caring and nurturing, but she also had the strength to toughen up whenever needed. She will be missed by her family, friends and everyone who knew her.
Mrs. Baumli is survived by: her sons, Gregory Baumli, Jr., and Mark Baumli, both of New Lebanon; her grandchildren, Rebekah Dittmeyer of New Lebanon and Christopher Baumli Preville of Albany; her nieces and nephews, Tamara, Todd (Stephanie), Tara, Tabitha and Robin and by her many in-laws in Missouri. She was preceded in death by her dear husband, Gregory Baumli, Sr., with whom she shared more than 47 years of marriage until his passing in 2006; by her daughter, Dianne Baumli Dittmeyer; and by her siblings, Dawn Hover, Shirley Smith, Leonard Smith and Bruce Smith.
A visitation will be held Thursday, October 10, 2019 from 4 until 7 p.m. at the Hall and Higgins Funeral Home, 457 State Route 43, Stephentown. A funeral mass will be celebrated Friday, October 11, 2019, 11 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church, New Lebanon.

William H. Mason, III (1963 – 2019)
CHATHAM—William “Billy” Henry Mason, III, 56, of Chatham passed away unexpectedly due to heart attack October 4, 2019 in Chatham.
He was born in Pittsfield, MA, to William Henry Mason and Joyce Elizabeth Lott, July 23, 1963. He was well-known and well-loved in his community. He was a character who always enjoyed a good laugh. Mr. Mason liked sports, music and spending time with family and friends.
He was a competitive player, whether it be at trivia, board games, lawn games or billiards. He lived life of his own accord, and always loved to share a cold one with those who surrounded him.
Mr. Mason was preceded in death by: his mother, father and his sister, Judy. He leaves behind: his two sons, Mercury and Normando Mason; his daughter, Amanda Jo Logan (Kyle); his sisters, Melinda Kerner (Chris) and Abby Mason (Peter Martino); his step-father, George Rochester; his nieces and nephews; grandchildren; relatives, extended family and numerous friends.
Mr. Mason’s family extends its sincere thanks to the entire community for its overwhelming support and love during this time of mourning.
