GHENT—Carolyn Decker Keeler, 67, of Island Pond, VT, died Monday, June 21, 2010 at the Whittier Nursing Home.  
Born May 22, 1943 in Hudson, she was the daughter of the late Harry S. and Alice (Almstead) Decker.
Mrs. Keeler was a homemaker and devoted to her family.  She enjoyed doing puzzle books, especially word finds, the NY Yankees, sewing and coloring books. She was the beloved mother of Allen Voorman of Kentucky, Matthew Voorman of Red Hook, Kenny (Mary Beth) Keeler of Claverack, and Pam (Bob) Barber of Vermont; and loving sister of Judy (Al) Kastner and Kathy Ann Decker, both of Hudson and Peter E. Decker of Livingston.  Also surviving are several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews (including special nephew, Skip Kastner, and his fiancee, Vicki Fiore) and aunts and uncles.
She was predeceased by her husband of 34 years, Donald Keeler, four brothers, David F., Harry G., Martin E., and James L. Decker, and her granddaughter, Aimee Barber.
A calling hour will begin at noon Sunday, June 27 at the Bates & Anderson—Redmond & Keeler Funeral Home with services following at 1 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
