HYDE PARK—Nina H. Eighmie, 84, passed away on Friday, June 11, 2010 at Victory Lake Nursing Center.
She was born November 18, 1925 in Shacameco, the daughter of the late Ellsworth and Nina (Turbarg) Clum.
Mrs. Eighmie retired as a dietician aide from the Hudson River Psychiatric Center in Poughkeepsie.
She was a member of the American Legion and VFW ladies auxiliaries. Survivors include two daughters, Barbara Ann Secrest of Rockmart, GA; Rosemary Lynn Ingraham of Craryville; a son, Thomas Ingraham of Poughkeepsie; a sister, Marion Westfall of Gallatin; a brother, William Clum of Ancramdale; seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her brother, Alden Clum in 1980.
Calling hours are from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, June 14, at the Peck & Peck Funeral Home, South Main Street, Pine Plains.
Funeral services are 11 a.m., Tuesday, June 15, at the funeral home with Reverend Carol Miller officiating.
Interment will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery Pine Plains.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to the American Cancer Society, 95 Schwenk Drive, Kingston 12401.
