Sharron Murphy, 68, truck driver, bull riding fan
HUDSON—Sharron Marie Norton Murphy, 68, of New Lebanon, passed away February 2, 2011 at Columbia Memorial Hospital.
In 1993, she married Harold Silvernail, who passed away in December 2010.
Ms. Murphy worked most of her life as a truck driver. She was also an avid fan of the Professional Bull Riders.
She is survived by her daughter, Theresa and her husband Dan Matuozzi of Fort Walton Beach, FL; one son, Joseph and his wife Shelly Murphy of Fulton; grandchildren, Christine and her husband Charles Morrison of Fulton, Joseph and his wife Trina Murphy of Fulton and Jeremy Murphy of Fort Walton Beach, FL; great grandchildren, Conner, Hope and Noah Morrison of Fulton, Taryn Murphy of Fulton; and a half sister, Kathleen McLaughlin of Austerlitz.
She was predeceased by her sister, Carolyn Pulver Jones.
Interment will be in the spring.

George O’Dell, Jr., 25, tattoo artist
ALBANY—George O’Dell Jr., of Albany, formerly of Hudson, died Saturday, February 5 at Albany Medical Center in Albany. He was 25.
Born in Hudson January 1, 1986, he was the son of George O’Dell, Sr. of upstate New York and Rebecca A. Madison of Hudson.
Mr. O’Dell was a self-employed tattoo artist.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his half-brother, Thomas O’Dell of Florida; and his maternal grandparents, Patricia Hutchings and Edward Madison.
Funeral services were February 11 at the McDonald-Valenti-Richards Funeral Home, 700 Town Hall Drive, Greenport.
Burial was in Cedar Park Cemetery, Hudson.
