NIVERVILLE—Frances Catherine Howland, 95, of Main Street, Niverville, died Wednesday December 15, 2010, at her home.
Born in Kinderhook, April 10, 1915, she was the daughter of the late Peter P. and Anna (Leiser) Bogardus.
Mrs. Howland was a secretary for Armour Meat Packers in Geneva.
She is survived by her brother, Harold Bogardus of Chatham; two grandchildren, Jamie Kincaid of Colorado, Scott Kincaid of Alabama; and three great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Charles C. Howland, and a daughter, Barbara M. Howland Kincaid.
Funeral services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are with the Raymond E. Bond Funeral Home, Inc., Route 9, Valatie. Memorial contributions may be made to the Valatie Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 242, Valatie 12184.
