Joseph Briggs, 44, of Hensonville, was arrested June 3 at 1:12 a.m. in Durham and charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both class E felonies, and using a leased/rented/loaned vehicle not equipped with an interlock device, a class A misdemeanor. Briggs was issued an appearance ticket.
Christopher Willix, 40, of Durham, was arrested June 3 at 12:27 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon, a class D felony, and third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class A misdemeanor. Willix was issued bail bond in the amount of $1,000.
Scott Albert, 30, of Catskill, was arrested June 3 at 4:09 p.m. in Cairo and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property, a class A misdemeanor. Albert was issued an appearance ticket.
Ian Epstein, 36, of Woodstock, was arrested June 3 at 11:49 p.m. in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Epstein’s arrest status was not reported.
James Pine, 28, of Catskill, was arrested June 4 at 4:20 a.m. in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Pine’s arrest status was not reported.
An unidentified minor, 16, of Cairo, was arrested June 4 at 2:02 p.m. in Cairo and charged with two counts of unlawful surveillance and two counts of disseminating an unlawful surveillance image, both class E felonies. The individual was issued an appearance ticket.
Christopher Juzapavicus, 30, of Climax, was arrested June 4 at 10:52 p.m. in Greenville and charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Juzapavicus’ arrest status was not reported.
Kristen Percy, 29, of Coxsackie, was arrested June 5 at 2:21 p.m. in Cairo and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony. Percy was issued an appearance ticket.
Alex Zamacona, 63, of Catskill, was arrested June 5 at 9:33 p.m. in Catskill and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property and criminal mischief/disable equipment to prevent an emergency call, both class A misdemeanors. Zamacona was released on his own recognizance.
Frank McKee, 56, of Athens, was arrested June 6 at 2:05 p.m. in Athens and charged with possession a sexual performance by a child under 16 years, a class E felony. McKee was released on his own recognizance.
Dyanna Sanchez, 41, of Walden, was arrested June 6 at 10:55 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree knowingly introducing dangerous contraband into a prison, a class D felony. Sanchez was released on her own recognizance.
Chad Smith, 33, of Catskill, was arrested June 6 at 10 p.m. in Catskill and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class A misdemeanor. Smith was issued an appearance ticket.
Bryce Schaffer, 30, of Round Top, was arrested June 7 at 2 a.m. in Cairo and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, all class A misdemeanors. Schaffer was issued an appearance ticket.
Jeremy Metzler, 40, of Cairo, was arrested June 7 at 7:42 p.m. in Cairo and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor, and sixth-degree conspiracy, a class B misdemeanor. Metzler was issued an appearance ticket.
Matthew Bowes, 60, of Cairo, was arrested June 8 at 7:17 a.m. in Cairo and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor, and sixth-degree conspiracy, a class B misdemeanor. Bowes was issued an appearance ticket.
Elijah Jenkins, 31, of Acra, was arrested June 7 at 9:42 p.m. in Cairo and charged with second-degree criminal contempt/disobeying a court order, a class A misdemeanor. Jenkins was issued an appearance ticket.
An unidentified 16-year-old, of Purling, was arrested June 7 at 9:24 p.m. in Cairo and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury and criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, both class A misdemeanors. The individual was issued an appearance ticket to family court.
Lukasz Pakiela, 39, of Hunter, was arrested June 7 at 10:32 p.m. in Prattsville and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. Pakiela’s arrest status was not reported.
Lizandra Gonzalez, 31, of Catskill, was arrested June 8 at 11:10 a.m. in Cairo and charged with third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony. Gonzalez was released on her own recognizance.
Peter Dichiara, 38, of Irvington, was arrested June 8 at 10:04 a.m. in Prattsville and charged with resisting arrest and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, both class A misdemeanors; and driving a commercial motor vehicle while intoxicated and driving a commercial vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Dichiara was issued an appearance ticket.

Kenneth Ball, 25, of East Durham, was arrested June 9 at 4:13 p.m. in Durham and charged with first-degree criminal sexual act/victim lesss than 11 years old, a class B felony; first degree sexual abuse/contact with a victim less than 13/defendant 21 or older, a class D felony; and acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17, a class A misdemeanor.
