PHILMONT—State Police are searching for Deven B. Hotaling, 22, of Philmont, who is wanted for multiple felony charges, according to an October 4 press release.
In May 2020, the State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation in Livingston arrested Mr. Hotaling for third degree robbery, a class D felony, and fourth degree grand larceny for forcibly stealing more than $1,700 from a ride share driver.
In August 2020, he was arrested for second degree arson, a class B felony, for setting fire to an occupied residence.
After he failed to appear for future court dates, two warrants for his arrest were issued by Philmont Village Court.
Mr. Hotaling is known to frequent the village of Catskill and greater Albany area.
