STATE POLICE

  • Scott Lenahan, 41, of Catskill, was arrested Nov. 19 at 11:11 p.m. in Cairo and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Lenahan was released on his own recognizance.
  • Paris Kiernan Krakenberg, 24, of Catskill, was arrested Nov. 21 at 4:28 p.m. in Cairo and charged with first-degree possession of a forged instrument, a class C felony. Krakenberg was released on their own recognizance.
  • Robert Schwab, 68, of Catskill, was arrested Nov. 22 at 12:03 p.m. in Catskill and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class A misdemeanor. Schwab was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Richard Colon, 44, of Catskill, was arrested Nov. 22 at 11:53 p.m. in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors. Colon was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Joshua James Krawczyk, 23, of Yorktown, Indiana, was arrested Nov. 23 at 3:30 p.m. in Cairo and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, a class A misdemeanor. Krawczyk was released on his own recognizance.
  • Shavonna Robertson, 43, of Catskill, was arrested Nov. 24 at 4:27 p.m. in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Robertson was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Miah Ines Pascal, 19, of Brooklyn, was arrested Nov. 24 at 12:50 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree knowingly introducing dangerous contraband into a prison, a class D felony. Pascal was released on their own recognizance.
  • Ramon Muniz, 48, of Mastic Beach, was arrested Nov. 24 at 2:05 p.m. in Ashland and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alchol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Muniz was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Said Ali Mohamed, 19, of Utica, was arrested Nov. 25 at 12:52 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Mohamed was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Tina Northrup, 51, of Ravena, was arrested Nov. 26 at 8:03 p.m. in New Baltimore and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Northrup was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Philip Nowicki, 43, of Windham, was arrested Nov. 26 at 10:10 p.m. in Ashland and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Nowicki was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Edward Joseph Steedle, 82, of Lake Katrine, was arrested Nov. 27 at 9:35 p.m. in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Steedle was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Candace Larsen, 27, of Catskill, was arrested Nov. 28 at 11:29 a.m. in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors. Larsen was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Jamel Russell Brown, 31, of Jamaica, New York, was arrested Nov. 29 at 1:30 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, a class D felony; second-degree vehicular assault, a class E felony; and driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. Brown’s arrest status was not reported.
  • Christopher Drum, 43, of Catskill, was arrested Nov. 30 at 2:07 a.m. in Ashland and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony; using a leased/rented/loaned vehicle not equipped with an interlock device, a class A misdemeanor; and driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Drum was released to a third party.
  • Jessica Ortiz, 35, of Rochester, was arrested Nov. 30 at 5:42 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with three counts of second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Ortiz was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Timothy Terk, 60, of Greenville, was arrested Nov. 30 at 8:47 p.m. in Greenville and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Terk was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Edward Siedlick, 38, of Hunter, was arrested Nov. 30 at 8:58 p.m. in Hunter and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content over 0.18%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Siedlick was released to a third party.
  • Bilal Ahmad, 25, of Palenville, was arrested Dec. 2 at 12:17 p.m. in Catskill and charged with second-degree bail jumping, a class E felony. Ahmad was issued cash bail in an undisclosed amount.
  • Joseph Sireci, 34, of Saugerties, was arrested Dec. 3 at 5:35 p.m. in Cairo and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony, and fifth-degree conspiracy, a class A misdemeanor. Sireci was released on his own recognizance.
  • Crystal Kelley Bell, 31, of Castleton-on-Hudson, was arrested Dec. 3 at 7:16 p.m. in Greenville and charged with third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony. Bell was released on her own recognizance.
  • Michael Eisgruber, 39, of East Berne, was arrested Nov. 30 at 10:05 a.m. in Greenville and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Eisgruber’s arrest status was not reported.
  • An unidentified 16-year old, of Athens, was arrested Dec. 5 at 1:30 p.m. in Athens and charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child under 17 years old, a class D felony; second-degree disseminating indecent material to minors, possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child under 16, and possessing a sexual performance by a child under 16, all class E felonies; and acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, a class A misdemeanor. The individual was released on their own recognizance.
  • Scott Allen, 20, of Cairo, was arrested Dec. 5 at 11:17 a.m. in Cairo and charged with second-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon, a class D felony. Allen was released on his own recognizance.
  • Richard Overbaugh, 20, of Catskill, was arrested Dec. 6 at 2:49 p.m. in Catskill and charged with first-degree failure to safely store firearms in a vehicle, a class A misdemeanor. Overbaugh was released on his own recognizance.
  • Matthew Elsbree, 26, of Catskill, was arrested Dec. 6 at 8:23 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony, and driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content over 0.18%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Elsbree was issued an appearance ticket.
