STATE POLICE
- Christopher Hale, 37, of Catskill, was arrested Oct. 27 at 8:30 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with third-degree burglary/illegal entry with intent, a class D felony, and third-degree criminal trespassing, a class B misdemeanor. Hale was held.
- Robert Narciso, 32, of Windham, was arrested Oct. 27 at 11:31 p.m. in Windham and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Narciso was issued an appearance ticket.
- Christopher Hern, 59, of Jamestown, was arrested Nov. 1 at 1:07 a.m. in Windham and charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. Hern was issued an appearance ticket.
- Alanna Schiano, 40, of Brooklyn, was arrested Nov. 3 at 1:31 p.m. in Catskill and charged with tampering with physical evidence, a class E felony, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, all class A misdemeanors. Schiano was issued an appearance ticket.
- Raheem Barnes, 26, of Coxsackie, was arrested Nov. 4 at 12:41 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree possession of dangerous contraband in a prison, a class D felony. Barnes was held.
- Matthew Altenau, 34, of East Durham, was arrested Nov. 4 at 11:14 p.m. in Durham and charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class D felony; five counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon/convicted felon, a class A misdemeanor; and one count each of second-degree menacing/weapon and acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17 years, both class A misdemeanors. Altenau was released on his own recognizance.
- Tiara Boone, 20, of Catskill, was arrested Nov. 5 at 3:40 a.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Boone was issued an appearance ticket.
- Candace Larsen, 35, of Cairo, was arrested Nov. 5 at 6:55 p.m. in Cairo and charged with criminal mischief/intent to damage property, a class A misdemeanor, and third-degree menacing, a class B misdemeanor. Larsen’s arrestee status was not reported.
- Bethany Leana Busanic, 29, of Catskill, was arrested Nov. 6 at 12:37 a.m. in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Busanic was issued an appearance ticket.
