STATE POLICE

  • Kristopher Komaromi, 33, of Coxsackie, was arrested May 8 at 9:40 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with two counts of petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Komaromi was issued an appearance ticket.
  • James Yutesler, 62, of Coxsackie, was arrested May 9 at 6:19 p.m. in Cairo and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property, a class A misdemeanor. Yutesler was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Ronald Evans, 70, of Catskill, was arrested May 9 at 3:13 p.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Evans was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Steven Sullivan, 59, of Catskill, was arrested May 9 at 10:11 p.m. in Saugerties and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Sullivan was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Richard Colon, 44, of Catskill, was arrested May 10 at 11:10 p.m. in Catskill and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony, and manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia and three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, all class A misdemeanors. Colon was held with no bail.
  • Christopher Lee Dymond, 28, of Schenectady, was arrested May 11 at 5:32 a.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Dymond was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Rachel Lynn Campigno, 30, of Selkirk, was arrested May 11 at 9:56 p.m. in New Baltimore and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Campigno was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Jesse Sutherland, 45, of Pleasant Valley, was arrested May 12 at 3:18 a.m. in Catskill and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content over 0.18% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Sutherland was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Jose Sanchez, 44, of Chatham, was arrested May 12 at 3:26 a.m. in Catskill and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. Sanchez was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Isaiah Jamel Carr-Hinds, 28, of Catskill, was arrested May 14 at 8:43 p.m. in Cairo and charged with aggravated harassment, a class A misdemeanor. Carr-Hinds was released on his own recognizance.
  • Johan Pilaar Diamond, 23, of Prattsville, was arrested May 14 at 11:36 p.m. in Prattsville and charged with second-degree criminal contempt/disobeying a court order, a class A misdemeanor. Diamond was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Colby Thomas Hudson, 31, of Coeymans, was arrested May 15 at 4:44 p.m. in Greenville and charged with third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony. Hudson was released on his own recognizance.
  • Edward Marin, 34, of South Cairo, was arrested May 15 at 5 p.m. in Catskill and charged with third-degree criminal mnischief and aggravated family offense, both class E felonies. Marin’s arrest status was not reported.
  • Matthew Beatty, 32, of Leeds, was arrested May 16 at 8:25 p.m. in Cairo and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Beatty was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Chanice Strother, 32, of the Bronx, was arrested May 18 at 4:38 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Strother was issued an appearance ticket.
