STATE POLICE
- Zachary Quick, 42, of East Durham, was arrested March 8 at 7:05 p.m. in Catskill and charged with third-degree unlawfully fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, criminal mischief/reckless property damage and criminal mischief/intent to damage property, all class A misdemeanors, and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. Quick was issued an appearance ticket.
- Jeremy David Taylor, 31, of Hudson, was arrested March 9 at 2 a.m. in Cairo and charged with tampering with physical evidence, a class E felony; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Taylor was issued an appearance ticket.
- Sparkle Logan, 29, of Schenectady, was arrested March 9 at 10 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Logan was issued an appearance ticket.
- Migalia Perez, 52, of Albany, was arrested March 9 at 7:19 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Perez was issued an appearance ticket.
- Breanni Bleau Dacia Wright, 22, of New York City, was arrested March 9 at 8:45 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Wright was issued an appearance ticket.
- Gloria Herpel, 59, of Acra, was arrested March 10 at 12:13 a.m. in Cairo and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content over 0.18% and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, all unclassified misdemeanors. Herpel was issued an appearance ticket.
- Catherine Matthews, 49, of Frostproof, Florida, was arrested March 10 at 5 a.m. in Ashland and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Matthews’ arrest status was not reported.
- Jahnelle Chesebro, 21, of Utica, was arrested March 10 at 1:20 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Chesebro was issued an appearance ticket.
- Kimberly Jordan, 36, of Jewett, was arrested March 10 at 5:10 p.m. in Windham and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child passenger less than 16, a class E felony; acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17, second-degree menacing with a weapon and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use, all class A misdemeanors; and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content over 0.18%, an unclassified misdemeanor. Jordan’s arrest status was not reported.
- Dylan Rogers, 30, of Greenville, was arrested March 11 at 5:32 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief/intent to damage property, a class A misdemeanor. Rogers was released on his own recognizance.
- Juziah Douglas, 22, of Hempstead, was arrested March 12 at 1:25 a.m. in Catskill and charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a class D felony, and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, a class A misdemeanor. Douglas was held with no bail.
- Ryan Smith, 29, of Palenville, was arrested March 12 at 4:26 p.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. Smith was issued an appearance ticket.
- Bilal Ahmad, 24, of Palenville, was arrested March 12 at 11:46 p.m. in Catskill and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction, a class D felony, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors. Ahmad was issued an appearance ticket.
- Kyle Harris, 41, of Cornwallville, was arrested March 14 at 8:17 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with driving while intoxicated with two previous convictions, a class D felony; aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony; and circumventing an interlock device/operating a motor vehicle without a device, a class A misdemeanor. Harris’s arrest status was not reported.
- Matthew Beatty, 32, of Leeds, was arrested March 14 at 11:48 p.m. in Cairo and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment and second-degree criminal contempt/disobeying a court order, both class A misdemeanors. Beatty was issued bail in the amount of $1,500.
- Dagan Lushaun Bossing-Shuster, 23, of Palenville, was arrested March 15 at 12:42 p.m. in Kingston and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. Bossing-Shuster was released to a third party.
- Brandon Hernandez, 26, of Cincinnati, Ohio, was arrested March 15 at 8:33 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon/loaded firearm, a class C felony; criminal possession of a firearm/possessing a firearm, a class E felony; and operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. Hernandez’s arrest status was not reported.
- Jessica Lynn Swartz, 40, of Catskill, was arrested March 15 at 10:13 p.m. in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both unclassified misdemeanors. Swartz was issued an appearance ticket.
