STATE POLICE

  • Carl Thomas Boomhower, 44, of Windham, was arrested Oct. 27 at 5:20 p.m. in Cairo and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Boomhower was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Stacy Goehring, 33, of Hillsdale, was arrested Oct. 27 at 11:52 p.m. in Tannersville and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. Goehring was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Jay Carnes, 34, of Coeymans, was arrested Oct. 28 at 12:16 p.m. in Catskill and charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Carnes was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Firdavs Raupov, 30, of Brooklyn, was arrested Oct. 28 at 11:47 p.m. in Tannersville and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Raupov was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Kyle Cameron O’Connor, 36, of Schenectady, was arrested Oct. 29 at 8:37 a.m. in Greenville and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, an unclassified misdemeanor. O’Connor was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Duane Dixon, 47, of Catskill, was arrested Oct. 30 at 8:32 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony; second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, a class A misdemeanor; and driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. Dixon was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Matthew Beatty, 31, of Leeds, was arrested Oct. 31 at 9:51 p.m. in Cairo and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment and criminal mischief with intent to damage property, both class A misdemeanors. Beatty was released on his own recognizance.
  • An unidentified 15-year-old, of Palenville, was arrested Nov. 1 at 3:24 p.m. in Catskill and charged with third-degree criminal mischief/damaging another person’s property, a class E felony, and second-degree menacing with a weapon and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use, a class A misdemeanor. The individual was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Sara Leppig, 39, of Hudson, was arrested Nov. 1 at 3:20 p.m. in Cairo and charged with third-degree bail jumping, a class A misdemeanor. Leppig’s arrest status was not reported.
