STATE POLICE

  • Michael Rinker, 36, of Harleysville, Pennsylvania, was arrested Oct. 13 at 11:14 p.m. in Windham and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.8%  and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Rinker was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Bethany Leana Busanic, 30, of Catskill, was arrested Oct. 14 at 2:12 a.m. in Windham and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Busanic was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Latoya Carter, 38, of Brooklyn, was arrested Oct. 14 at 12:51 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Carter was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Melissa Silverio, 22, of the Bronx, was arrested Oct. 14 at 1:33 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Silverio was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Shane Quinn, 51, of Catskill, was arrested Oct. 14 at 9:20 p.m. in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years, both class D felonies. Quinn was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Kevin Sbalbi, 36, of Springfield, Massachusetts, was arrested Oct. 15 at 12:27 a.m. in Catskill and charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, a class A misdemeanor, and driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. Sbalbi was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Joshua Weisinger, 41, of Catskill, was arrested Oct. 15 at 3:20 a.m. in Catskill and charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors. Weisinger was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Richard Phillips, 38, of Leeds, was arrested Oct. 15 at 8:15 p.m. in Cairo and charged with criminal possession of a firearm, a class E felony, and third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17, second-degree menacing with a weapon and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, all class A misdemeanors. Phillips’ arrest status was not reported.
  • Dieter Hartmann, 54, of Catskill, was arrested Oct. 15 at 11:36 p.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content over 0.18%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Hartmann was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Douglas Johnson, 70, of Earlton, was arrested Oct. 16 at 7 p.m. in Cairo and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class A misdemeanor. Johnson was released on his own recognizance.
  • Jamisen Saulpaugh, 41, of Acra, was arrested Oct. 17 at 12:40 a.m. in Cairo and charged with driving while intoxicated with two previous convictions and second-degree possession of a forged instrument, both class D felonies, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony. Saulpaugh’s arrest status was not reported.
  • David Wells, 59, of Catskill, was arrested Oct. 17 at 12:50 a.m. in New Baltimore and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony, and manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class A misdemeanors. Wells was issued an appearance ticket.
  • David Gabrielsen, 26, of Cairo, was arrested Oct. 18 at 1:51 a.m. in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content over 0.18%, all unclassified misdemeanors. Gabrielsen was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Elizabeth Johnson, 64, of Earlton, was arrested Oct. 18 at 4:11 p.m. in Cairo and charged with third-degree menacing, a class B misdemeanor. Johnson was released on her own recognizance.
  • Jesse Hildenbrand, 38, of Coxsackie, was arrested Oct. 19 at 12:36 a.m. in Catskill and charged with second-degree burglary, a class C felony. Hildenbrand was held.
  • Christopher Funk, 31, of Cairo, was arrested Oct. 19 at 1:26 p.m. in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. Funk was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Ganesh Sanpal, 47, of Cairo, was arrested Oct. 19 at 9:02 p.m. in Cairo and charged with one count of criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and two counts of acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17, both class A misdemeanor. Sanpal was released on their own recognizance.
  • Jesse Hildenbrand, 42, of  Coxsackie, was arrested Oct. 19 at 10:51 p.m. in Catskill and charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, both class A  misdemeanors. Hildenbrand was held with no bail.
