STATE POLICE
- Michael Peters, 56, of Coxsackie, was arrested Aug. 11 at 2:51 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. Peters was released to a third party.
- Christopher Webley, 53, of Hudson, was arrested Aug. 11 at 7:56 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Webley’s arrest status was not reported.
- Stephen Reilly, 36, of Tinley Park, Illinois, was arrested Aug. 12 at 2:17 a.m. in Durham and charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. Reilly was issued an appearance ticket.
- Thaddeus Reith, 55, of Narrowsburg, was arrested Aug. 12 at 1:55 a.m. in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. Reith’s arrest status was not reported.
- Courtney Shepatin, 52, of West Coxsackie, was arrested Aug. 12 at 7:48 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. Shepatin was released on her own recognizance.
- Sarah Todaro, 24, of Cairo, was arrested Aug. 12 at 5:26 p.m. in Catskill and charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; third-degree criminal possession of cannabis/more than 16 ounces, a class A misdemeanor; and operating a vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. Todaro was issued an appearance ticket.
- Allison Dubois, 22, of Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 12 at 6:07 p.m. in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Dubois was issued an appearance ticket.
- Bilal Ahmad, 24, of Palenville, was arrested Aug. 12 at 9:58 p.m. in Catskill and charged with circumventing an interlock/operating a motor vehicle without a device, second-degree criminal impersonation, and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, all class A misdemeanors, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. Ahmad was held with no bail.
- Salvatore Delair, 20, of Catskill, was arrested Aug. 13 at 12:07 a.m. in Catskill and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class A misdemeanor. Delair’s arrest status was not reported.
- Aidan Stevens, 30, of Trenton, New Jersey, was arrested Aug. 13 at 2:28 a.m. in Greenville and charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. Stevens was issued an appearance ticket.
- John Cashell, 42, of Pearl River, was arrested Aug. 13 at 7 a.m. in Durham and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class B attempted misdemeanor, and driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Cashell was issued an appearance ticket.
- Briney Goodridge, 33, of the Bronx, was arrested Aug. 13 at 9:38 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree knowingly introducing dangerous contraband into a prison and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, both class D felonies, and second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Goodridge was issued an appearance ticket.
- Thomas Newkirk, 40, of Valatie, was arrested Aug. 13 at 11:20 p.m. in Durham and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors, and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Newkirk was issued an appearance ticket.
- Jeffrey Traver, 39, of Saugerties, was arrested Aug. 14 at 4:46 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a class A misdemeanor. Traver was issued an appearance ticket.
- Jeffrey Traver, 39, of Saugerties, was arrested Aug. 14 at 5 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Traver was issued an appearance ticket.
- Woodrow Pirtle, 79, of Hudson, was arrested Aug. 16 at 12:52 p.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Pirtle was issued an appearance ticket.
- George Kern, 67, of East Durham, was arrested Aug. 18 at 12 a.m. in Durham and charged with first-degree criminal contempt/violating an order of protection, a class E felony, and third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury and criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, both class A misdemeanors. Kern was issued an appearance ticket.
