STATE POLICE

  • Jonathan Tedford, 19, of Catskill, was arrested July 21 at 2:43 p.m. in Catskill and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. Tedford was released on his own recognizance.
  • Semis Kokonis, 72, of Cairo, was arrested July 21 at 8:52 p.m. in Cairo and charged with second-degree menacing/weapon, a class A misdemeanor. Kokonis was released on their own recognizance.
  • Stefen Allen Victor Luvera, 25, of Highland, was arrested July 23 at 8 p.m. in Catskill and charged with third-degree criminal mischief/damage another person’s property and third-degree criminal mischief/damage the motor vehicle of another person, both class A felonies. Luvera was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Shakeyisha Bynum, 41, of Albany, was arrested July 23 at 11:55 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Bynum was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Eric Stritt, 56, of Hyde Park, was arrested July 23 at 12:47 p.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content over 0.18%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Stritt was released to a third party.
  • Jessica Guthrie, 33, of Earlton, was arrested July 23 at 7:59 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class D felony, and criminal mischief with intent to damage property and second-degree menacing, both class A misdemeanors. Guthrie was released on her own recognizance.
  • Jason Gavioli, 55, of Freehold, was arrested July 24 at 8:53 p.m. in Greenville and charged with two counts of second-degree menacing/weapon, a class A misdemeanor. Gavioli was issued an appearance ticket.
  • William Davila, 56, of Coxsackie, was arrested July 25 at 12:28 p.m. in Cairo and charged with first-degree knowingly making/possessing dangerous contraband in a prison, a class D felony. Davila’s arrest status was not reported.
  • Jerold Young, 31, of Coxsackie, was arrested July 25 at 10:19 a.m. in Cairo and charged with first-degree knowingly making/possessing dangerous contraband in a prison, a class D felony. Young’s arrest status was not reported.
  • Treyvor Hines, 22, of Coxsackie, was arrested July 25 at 12:40 p.m. in Cairo and charged with first-degree knowingly introducing dangerous contraband into a prison and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, both class D felonies. Hines’ arrest status was not reported.
  • Nicole Handerhan, 38, of Coxsackie, was arrested July 26 at 12:24 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% with a prior conviction, both class E felonies; and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to return license/registration/plates after being revoked under Article 7, both unclassified misdemeanors. Handerhan’s arrest status was not reported.
  • Semis Kokonis, 72, of Cairo, was arrested July 26 at 4:09 p.m. in Catskill and charged with second-degree criminal contempt/disobeying a court order, a class A misdemeanor. Kokonis was released on their own recognizance.
  • Glenn Crews, 27, of Purling, was arrested July 26 at 12:43 p.m. in Claverack and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony. Crews was released on his own recognizance.
  • Sarah Perlik, 26, of Hudson, was arrested July 26 at 1:46 p.m. in Cairo and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony. Perlik was released on her own recognizance.
  • Kelvin Frank, 46, of Sharon Springs, was arrested July 26 at 7:44 p.m. in New Baltimore and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content over 0.18%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Frank was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Elsa Marie Fleisher, 27, of Colonie, was arrested July 26 at 11:59 p.m. in Catskill and charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors. Fleisher was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Michael Ganci, 41, of Catskill, was arrested July 27 at 6 p.m. in Catskill and charged with making a false written statement, a class A misdemeanor. Ganci was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Billy Bender, 43, of Cairo, was arrested July 27 at 12:20 p.m. in Cairo and charged with third-degree bail jumping, a class A misdemeanor. Bender’s arrest status was not reported.
  • Joseph Williams, 63, of Palenville, was arrested July 27 at 10:34 p.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Williams was issued an appearance ticket.
