STATE POLICE

  • Jose Aguilar, 33, of Orlando, Florida, was arrested June 23 at 1:24 p.m. in Athens and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, both class A misdemeanors. Aguilar was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Jill Meerphol, 43, of Shokan, was arrested June 24 at 12:30 a.m. in Hunter and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Meerphol was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Kenneth Ball, 25, of East Durham, was arrested June 24 at 4:58 p.m. in Durham and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony. Ball was released on his own recognizance.
  • Celina Rasso, 38, of East Durham, was arrested June 24 at 4:50 p.m. in Durham and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony. Rasso was issued an appearance ticket.
  • E.J. Sapunarich, 45, of East Durham, was arrested June 24 at 2:27 p.m. in Cairo and charged with second-degree criminal contempt/disobeying a court order, a class A misdemeanor. Sapunarich was released on their own recognizance.
  • Dontax Gilliam, 20, of the Bronx, was arrested June 24 at 8:19 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with two counts of second-degree introduction of contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Gilliam was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Amirah Tucker, 34, of Albany, was arrested June 25 at 12:03 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Tucker was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Ryan Benzeno, 37, of Coxsackie, was arrested June 25 at 8:18 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia. Benzeno was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Susette Osborn, 52, of Cairo, was arrested June 26 at 11:42 p.m. in Cairo and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors, and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, both unclassified misdemeanors. Osborn was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Gina Woodbeck, 52, of East Durham, was arrested June 27 at 4:07 p.m. in Durham and charged with forgery, a class C felony, and second-degree criminal impersonation and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, both class A misdemeanors. Woodbeck was released on her own recognizance.
  • Marina Farber, 55, of Purling, was arrested June 27 at 6:44 p.m. in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. Farber was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Norman Dixon, 73, of Catskill, was arrested June 27 at 9:47 p.m. in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Dixon was released to a third party.
  • Daniel Abeles, 37, of Boca Raton, Florida, was arrested June 27 at 11:53 p.m. in Tannersville and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. Abeles’ arrest status was not reported.
  • Thomas Merritt, 33, of Athens, was arrested June 28 at 12:38 p.m. in Athens and charged with forcible touching, a class A misdemeanor. Merritt was released on his own recognizance.
  • Jonathan Stein, 35, of West Coxsackie, was arrested June 29 at 8:18 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, both class A misdemeanors; driving while intoxicated, a class B attempted misdemeanor; and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and possession of a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle, both unclassified misdemeanors. Stein was released on his own recognizance.
  • Jonathan Laga, 42, of Leeds, was arrested June 29 at 5:56 p.m. in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest, all class A misdemeanors, and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor.
  • Russell Pruitt, 61, of Monticello, was arrested June 29 at 8:53 p.m. in Athens and charged with aggravated unlicensed oepration of a motor vehicle, a class E felony, and driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Pruitt was issued an appearance ticket.
