STATE POLICE

  • Jeffrey McKay, 47, of Prattsville, was arrested May 5 at 11:50 p.m. in Tannersville and charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. McKay’s arrest status was not reported.
  • Frank Hempstead, 27, of Westerlo, was arrested May 6 at 1:42 a.m. in Durham and charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content over 0.18%, all unclassified misdemeanors. Hempstead was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Desmond Connolly, 67, of Yonkers, was arrested May 8 at 2:06 a.m. in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Connolly was released to a third party.
  • Robert Snyder, 47, of Castleton on Hudson, was arrested May 8 at 9:55 p.m. in New Baltimore and charged with second-degree burglary, a class C felony. Snyder was issued a bail bond in an undisclosed amount.
  • Nikole Darmetko, 44, of Albany, was arrested May 8 at 10:01 p.m. in New Baltimore and charged with second-degree burglary, a class C felony. Darmetko was released on her own recognizance.
  • Mackenzie Beck, 24, of West Babylon, was arrested May 8 at 11:20 p.m. in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. Beck was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Keinn Moore, 21, of Comstock, was arrested May 9 at 12:54 p.m. in Cairo and charged with aggravated harassment/employee by inmate, a class E felony. Moore was held.
  • Christina Mauriello, 39, of Cornwallville, was arrested May 9 at 10:42 a.m. in Durham and charged with second-degree bail jumping, a class E felony. Bail bond was set in the amount of $2,500.
  • Jeffrey Homeyer, 32, of Altamont, was arrested May 9 at 5:13 p.m. in Catskill and charged with false personation, a class B misdemeanor. Homeyer was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Elijah Jenkins, 30, of Acra, was arrested May 9 at 8:45 p.m. in Cairo and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Jenkins was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Vernon Charles, 53, of Greenville, was arrested May 9 at 11:41 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a class D felony. Charles was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Kaitlyn Scott, 23, of Round Top, was arrested May 11 at 11:30 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with third-degree bail jumping, a class A misdemeanor. Scott’s arrest status was not reported.
