STATE POLICE
- Shaun Worthington, 23, of Riverhead, was arrested April 28 at 2:30 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree knowingly making/possessing dangerous contraband in a prison, a class D felony. Worthington was released on his own recognizance.
- Bakary Camara, 52, of Coxsackie, was arrested April 28 at 11:31 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree knowingly making/possessing dangerous contraband in a prison, a class D felony. Camara was held with no bail.
- Matthew Gregg, 30, of Coxsackie, was arrested April 29 at 9:54 a.m. in Cairo and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Gregg was issued an appearance ticket.
- Michael Lynch, 41, of Round Top, was arrested April 29 at 8:59 p.m. in Cairo and charged with third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. Lynch was released on his own recognizance.
- Alexi Baccale, 22, of Staten Island, was arrested April 29 at 5:10 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree knowingly introducing dangerous contraband into a prison, a class D felony. Baccale was released on their own recognizance.
- Jasirah Nur, 23, of the Bronx, was arrested April 29 at 5:45 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with two counts of second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Nur was issued an appearance ticket.
- Cole Diegel, 19, of Medusa, was arrested April 30 at 2:42 a.m. in Cairo and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. Diegel’s arrest status was not reported.
- Michael Cosgrove, 68, of Watertown, Connecticut, was arrested April 30 at 10:55 p.m. in Durham and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Cosgrove was issued an appearance ticket.
- Joseph Morabito, 31, of Tannersville, was arrested May 1 at 10:05 a.m. in Tannersville and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, a class A misdemeanor. Morabito was issued an appearance ticket.
- Devin Mateo, 27, of Freehold, was arrested May 2 in Greenville and charged with one count of third-degree criminal possession of an assault weapon and four counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon/ammunition feeding device, all class D felonies. Mateo’s arrest status was not reported.
- Melissa Andersen-Kearney, 39, of Earlton, was arrested May 2 at 3:25 p.m. in Catskill and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors. Andersen-Kearney was issued an appearance ticket.
- Albert Clark, 34, of South Cairo, was arrested May 3 at 1:27 a.m. in Catskill and charged with manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor. Clark was issued an appearance ticket.
- An unidentified juvenile, 18, of Freehold, was arrested May 4 at 10 a.m. in Greenville and charged with burglary/causing injury, a class B felony. The individual’s arrest status was not reported.
- Alexander Anderson, 26, of Greenville, was arrested May 3 at 11:04 p.m. in Westerlo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alchol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Anderson’s arrest status was not reported.
- Santos-Margarito Quel, 36, of Catskill, was arrested May 3 at 11:23 p.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alchol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Quel was issued an appearance ticket.
- Danielle Perez, 33, of Cairo, was arrested May 4 at 11:36 a.m. in Cairo and charged with burglary of a dwelling/causing injury, a class B felony, and acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17, a class A misdemeanor. Perez was released on her own recognizance.
- An unidentified 18-year-old, of Freehold, was arrested May 4 at 10 a.m. in Greenville and charged with burglary of a dwelling/causing injury, a class B felony. The individual was released on their own recognizance.
- An unidentified 16-year-old, of Freehold, was arrested May 4 at 10:50 a.m. in Cairo and charged with burglary of a dwelling/causing injury, a class B felony. The individual was released on their own recognizance.
- Cheyenne Ether, 31, of Athens, was arrested May 5 at 1:46 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content over 0.18%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Ether was issued an appearance ticket.
