STATE POLICE

  • Peter James Ashcroft, 44, of Palenville, was arrested April 21 at 9:50 p.m. in Catskill and charged with criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor, and third-degree menacing, a class B misdemeanor. Ashcroft was issued an appearance ticket.
  • James Oates, 29, of Coxsackie, was arrested April 21 at 11:15 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child passenger less than 16, a class E felony; acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17, a class A misdemeanor; and driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, all unclassified misdemeanors. Oates was released to a third party.
  • An unidentified juvenile, 17, of Charlotte, North Carolina, was arrested April 22 at 11:20 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. The individual was issued a family court appearance ticket.
  • Kianna Rivera, 22, of New York City, was arrested April 22 at 7:05 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Rivera was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Matthew Foley, 43, of Elka Park, was arrested April 22 at 8:57 p.m. in Windham and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child passenger less than 16, a class E felony; two counts of acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17, a class A misdemeanor; and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Foley was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Melissa Segal, 52, of Edgewater, New Jersey, was arrested April 23 at 12:25 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Segal was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Jessie Angel, 32, of Cairo, was arrested April 23 at 3:42 p.m. in Cairo and charged with second-degree burglary, a class C felony; criminal mischief with intent to damage property, a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree criminal contempt/disobeying a court order, an attempted class B misdemeanor. Angel was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Christopher Willix, 40, of Durham, was arrested April 23 at 4:04 p.m. in Cairo and charged with third-degree criminal trespass, a class B misdemeanor. Willix was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Emmet Ehring, 31, of Schenectady, was arrested April 27 at 3:50 p.m. in Cairo and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Ehring was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Jamie Guntert, 44, of Greenville, was arrested April 27 at 10:17 p.m. in Durham and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Guntert was issued an appearance ticket.
