STATE POLICE

  • Sarah Perry, 23, of Maplecrest, was arrested March 29 at 10:33 p.m. in Catskill and charged with second-degree criminal contempt/disobeying a court order and criminal mischief with intent to damage property, both class A misdemeanors. Perry was released on her own recognizance.
  • Antonio Rivera, 31, of Catskill, was arrested March 30 at 10:32 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree menacing/weapon, a class A misdemeanor. Rivera was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Byron Xocyucute, 36, of Catskill, was arrested March 31 at 1:17 a.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Xocuycute was released to a third party.
  • Tara Nelson, 52, of Freehold, was arrested March 31 at 1 p.m. in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors. Nelson was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Amario Milliner, 44, of Catskill, was arrested March 31 at 6:12 p.m. in Cairo and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction, a class D felony, and second-degree menacing/weapon and criminal mischief, both class A misdemeanors. Milliner was issued cash bail in an undisclosed amount.
  • Sergio Caridi, 57, of Catskill, was arrested March 31 at 7:18 p.m. in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors. Caridi was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Shane Banks, 31, of Hudson, was arrested March 31 at 7:19 p.m. in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors. Banks was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Rebecca Heinowitz, 48, of Boiceville, was arrested April 1 at 2:05 a.m. in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Heinowitz was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Izmil Ceballos Tavarez, 24, of New York City, was arrested April 2 at 9:15 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introduction of contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Tavarez was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Bilal Ahmad, 23, of Palenville, was arrested April 4 at 1:10 a.m. in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors, and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. Ahmad was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Bailey Rose LaTourette, 23, of Durham, was arrested April 4 at 1:27 p.m. in Cairo and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. LaTourette was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Kayla Hackett, 34, of Catskill, was arrested April 4 at 8:20 p.m. in Cairo and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, second-degree criminal trespassing, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, all class A misdemeanors. Hackett was released on her own recognizance.
  • Kathleen Reinhart, 64, of Cairo, was arrested April 5 at 10:33 a.m. in Cairo and charged with third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony, and third-degree forgery, a class A misdemeanor. Reinhart was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Anthony Gargano, 35, of Purling, was arrested April 5 at 10:21 p.m. in Cairo and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Gargano was issued an appearance ticket.
