STATE POLICE

• Dennis Foster, 47, of Climax, was arrested Jan. 18 at 1:22 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with third-degree insurance fraud, a class D felony. Foster was released to a third party.
• Chantal Taylor-Gray, 31, of Syracuse, was arrested Jan. 20 at 12:20 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Taylor-Gray’s arrest status was not reported.
• John Caltabiano, 55, of Catskill, was arrested Jan. 20 at 10:16 a.m. in Catskill and charged with three counts of fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class D felony. Caltabiano was held.
• Tyler James Weaver, 25, of Germantown, was arrested Jan. 20 at 8:36 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. Weaver was released on his own recognizance.
• John DaSilva, 27, of Glastonbury, Connecticut, was arrested Jan. 20 at 10:31 p.m. in Tannersville and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. DaSilva was issued an appearance ticket.
• Nicholas Lane, 32, of Port Jervis, was arrested Jan. 21 at 2:41 a.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Lane was issued an appearance ticket.
• Jasmine Kirby, 31, of Round Top, was arrested Jan. 21 at 2:41 a.m. in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class A misdemeanor. Kirby was issued an appearance ticket.
• Jesse Litchko, 20, of Athens, was arrested Jan. 23 at 2:07 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree criminal contempt/disobeying a court order, a class A misdemeanor. Litchko was released on his own recognizance.
• Alexander Rakita, 40, of South Easton, Massachusetts, was arrested Jan. 24 at 3:09 a.m. in Tannersville and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A felony; third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance/narcotic drug with intent to sell, a class B felony; and operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. Rakita was held on no bail.
• Dontavious Wiley, 34, of Coxsackie, was arrested Jan. 24 at 11 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with three counts of first-degree prison contraband and three counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, both class D felonies. Wiley’s arrest status was not reported.
• Jennifer Hildenbrand, 40, of Coxsackie, was arrested Jan. 24 at 1:09 p.m. in Cairo and charged with second-degree bail jumping, a class E felony. Hildenbrand was issued bail bond in an undisclosed amount.
• Bobbijo Parente, 37, of Cairo, was arrested Jan. 24 at 9:05 p.m. in Cairo and charged with driving while intoxicated and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both unclassified misdemeanors. Parente was issued an appearance ticket.
• Carlos Hernandez, 45, of Greenville, was arrested Jan. 26 at 4:58 p.m. in Cairo and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a class E felony; acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17, a class A misdemeanor; and driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. Hernandez was issued an appearance ticket.
• Ronny Taylor, 42, of Cairo, was arrested Jan. 26 at 11:16 p.m. in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. Taylor was issued an appearance ticket.
• Solomon Edwards, 22, of Coxsackie, was arrested Jan. 27 at 10:39 a.m. in Cairo and charged with first-degree knowingly making/possessing dangerous contraband in a prison, a class D felony. Edwards was held with no bail.
• Anthony Palmucci, 29, of Highland, was arrested Jan. 27 at 3:04 p.m. in Cairo and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation/conditional license/influence of alcohol or drugs and aggravated unlicensed operation/commit aggravated unlicensed operation/alcohol or drugs, both class E felonies; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors; and operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. Palmucci was issued an appearance ticket.
• Jacqualyn Coston-White, 33, of Hyde Park, was arrested Jan. 27 at 3:18 p.m. in Cairo and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Coston-White was issued an appearance ticket.
• Olyida Cole, 29, of Brooklyn, was arrested Jan. 28 at 1:32 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Cole’s arrest status was not reported.
• Cody Edwards, 31, of Saugerties, was arrested Jan. 28 at 8:12 p.m. in Catskill and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child passenger less than 16, a class E felony; acing in a manner injurious to a child less than 17, a class A misdemeanor; and driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Edwards was issued an appearance ticket.
• Matthew Devine, 48, of Mahwah, New Jersey, was arrested Jan. 28 at 9:28 p.m. in Tannersville and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Devine was released on his own recognizance.
• Sean Cynamon, 33, of Catskill, was arrested Jan. 28 at 1:31 a.m. in Windham and charged with driving while intoxicated, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, all unclassified misdemeanors. Cynamon was issued an appearance ticket.
• Cassandra Ingrassia, 33, of Kennebunk, Maine, was arrested Jan. 29 at 2:23 a.m. in Tannersville and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Ingrassia was issued an appearance ticket.
• Tujuna Casson, 53, of Cairo, was arrested Jan. 29 at 11:55 a.m. in Catskill and charged with second-degree criminal contempt/disobeying a court order, a class A misdemeanor. Casson was released on his own recognizance.
• Celeste Malaquia Mejia-Cabrera, 42, of the Bronx, was arrested Jan. 29 at 9:30 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Mejia-Cabrera was issued an appearance ticket.
• Jose Cayetano, 32, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was arrested Jan. 29 at 8:38 p.m. in Cairo and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Cayetano was issued an appearance ticket.
• Justin Hova, 48, of Hudson, was arrested Jan. 29 at 9:45 p.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Hova was issued an appearance ticket.
• Lisa Merwin, 46, of East Jewett, was arrested Jan. 30 at 5:06 p.m. in New Baltimore and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony; and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, all class A misdemeanors. Merwin was issued an appearance ticket.
• Stuart Gardner, 26, of Medusa, was arrested Jan. 30 at 8:49 p.m. in Greenville and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Gardner was issued an appearance ticket.
• Dylan Byrne, 23, of Elka Park, was arrested Jan. 31 at 12:27 a.m. in Hunter and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content over 0.18% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Byrne was issued an appearance ticket.
• Sasha DeForest, 43, of Albany, was arrested Jan. 31 at 2:12 p.m. in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, all class A misdemeanors. DeForest was issued an appearance ticket.
• Rashad Casey, 22, of Huntington Station, was arrested Jan. 31 at 4 p.m. in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Casey was issued an appearance ticket.
