STATE POLICE

  • Devin Joseph Campone, 29, of Catskill, was arrested Jan. 18 at 9:47 p.m. in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Campone was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Michael Eisgruber, 39, of East Berne, was arrested Jan. 20 at 8:05 a.m. in Catskill and charged with second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a class D felony; two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, one count of petty larceny, one count of manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia and one count of fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, all class A misdemeanors; and third-degree criminal trespass, a class B misdemeanor. Eisgruber’s arrest status was not reported.
  • Michael Johnson, 47, of Brooklyn, was arrested Jan. 21 at 1 p.m. in Athens and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and criminal possession of a controlled substance/narcotic, both class B felonies; fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance/cocaine, a class D felony; and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class A misdemeanors. Johnson was taken to central arraignment.
