STATE POLICE
- Hogan Byrne, 28, of East Durham, was arrested Jan. 3 at 10:34 a.m. in Cairo and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Byrne was issued an appearance ticket.
- Tara Snyder, 34, of Selkirk, was arrested Jan. 3 at 1:05 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Snyder was issued an appearance ticket.
- K.C. Subarna, 29, of Hudson, was arrested Jan. 3 at 4:56 p.m. in Athens and charged with first-degree unlawful dealing with a child/alcohol, a class A misdemeanor. Subarna was issued an appearance ticket.
- Don Fax, 33, of Hudson, was arrested Jan. 3 at 10:11 p.m. in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Fax was issued an appearance ticket.
- Ramon Muniz, 48, of Mastic Beach, was arrested Jan. 4 at 9:34 p.m. in Windham and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. Muniz was issued an appearance ticket.
- Gerald Maurer, 38, of Hannacroix, was arrested Jan. 4 at 9:45 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Maurer was issued an appearance ticket.
- Barbara Gardner, 58, of Leeds, was arrested Jan. 4 at 9:55 p.m. in Athens and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content over 0.18%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Gardner was issued an appearance ticket.
- Stephen Freligh, 49, of Saugerties, was arrested Jan. 5 at 9:30 a.m. in Cairo and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, a class A misdemeanor. Freligh was released on his own recognizance.
- Erin Robbins, 47, of Ravena, was arrested Jan. 6 at 1:09 p.m. in New Baltimore and charged with second-degree criminal impersonation, a class A misdemeanor. Robbins was issued an appearance ticket.
- John Edward Archer, 31, of Catskill, was arrested Jan. 6 at 1:48 p.m. in Catskill and charged with second-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, both class D felonies, and two counts of acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17, a class A misdemeanor. Archer was taken to central arraignment.
- Isaiah Greene, 19, of Leeds, was arrested Jan. 6 at 5:08 p.m. in Athens and charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a class E felony. Greene was released on his own recognizance.
- Tahir Holmes, 21, of Coxsackie, was arrested Jan. 7 at 12:15 p.m. in Cairo and charged with first-degree knowingly making/possessing dangerous contraband in a prison, a class D felony. Holmes’s arrest status was not reported.
- Gregory Tompkins, 19, of Coxsackie,was arrested Jan. 7 at 12:37 p.m. in Cairo and charged with first-degree knowingly making/possessing dangerous contraband in a prison, a class D felony. Tompkins’s arrest status was not reported.
- An unidentified juvenile, 15, of East Durham, was arrested Jan. 7 at 11:50 a.m. in Durham and charged with third-degree criminal mischief/damaging another person’s property, a class E felony, and fourth-degree criminal mischief/disabling equipment to prevent an emergency call, a class A misdemeanor. The individual was issued a family court appearance ticket.
