STATE POLICE

  • Kyle Oakley, 33, of Andes, New York, was arrested Dec. 7 at 1:06 a.m. in Hunter and charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, a class A misdemeanor, and driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. Oakley’s arrest status was not reported.
  • Maritza Elias, 31, of Brooklyn, was arrested Dec. 7 at 10:12 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree knowingly introducing contraband into a prison, a class D felony, and second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Elias was released on her own recognizance.
  • Charles Henry Corey, 28, of Cornwallville, was arrested Dec. 8 at 1:22 p.m. in Durham and charged with second-degree criminal contempt/disobeying a court order, a class A misdemeanor. Corey was released on his own recognizance.
  • Rebekah Marie Cavallaro, 33, of Catskill, was arrested Dec. 9 at 11:11 p.m. in Catskill and charged with tampering with physical evidence, a class E felony. Cavallaro’s arrest status was not reported.
  • Kalista Raine Hoefer, 26, of Greenville, was arrested Dec. 10 at 9:33 p.m. in Greenville and charged with public lewdness/intentionally exposing one’s private parts in public, a class B misdemeanor. Hoefer’s arrest status was not reported.
  • Anthony Ardolino, 51, of Newburgh, was arrested Dec. 11 at 10:06 p.m. in Durham and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Ardolino was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Robert Simpson, 43, of South Cairo, was arrested Dec. 12 at 12:18 p.m. in Catskill and charged with aggravated family offense, a class E felony; and third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree reckless endangerment and unauthorized use of a vehicle with the owner’s consent, all class A misdemeanors. Simpson was held with no bail.
  • Michael Holdridge, 43, of Windham, was arrested Dec. 12 at 11:32 p.m. in Jewett and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. Holdridge was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Meleya McKay, 26, of Niverville, was arrested Dec. 13 at 3:02 a.m. in Catskill and charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. McKay was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Michael Fairbairn, 35, of Prattsville, was arrested Dec. 13 at 5:07 p.m. in Lexington and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Fairbairn was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Christopher Canfield, 19, of Catskill, was arrested Dec. 13 at 9:12 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Canfield was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Ashanti Walker, 24, of Yonkers, was arrested Dec. 14 at 5:26 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with two counts of second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Walker was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Tiana Moye, 24, of Brooklyn, was arrested Dec. 14 at 7:01 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Moye was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Ceaija Monay Harrison, 25, of New Rochelle, was arrested Dec. 14 at 7:35 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with two counts of second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Harrison was issued an appearance ticket.
