- Mary Jo Snyder, 50, of Catskill, was arrested Oct. 26 at 12:23 a.m. in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Snyder was issued an appearance ticket.
- Brett Norrman, 48, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested Oct. 26 at 1:52 a.m. in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Norrman was issued an appearance ticket.
- Robert Purcaro, 37, of Gloversville, was arrested Oct. 26 at 3:13 a.m. in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Purcaro was issued an appearance ticket.
- Khalid Hubbard, 25, of Troy, was arrested Oct. 26 at 8:32 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, both class B felonies, and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor. Hubbard was held with no bail.
- Lawrence Osborn, 33, of Cairo, was arrested Oct. 26 at 5:27 p.m. in Cairo and charged with second-degree criminal contempt/disobeying a court order, a class A misdemeanor. Osborn was issued an appearance ticket.
- Virginia Dykeman, 39, of Athens, was arrested Oct. 27 at 12:56 a.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Dykeman was issued an appearance ticket.
- Daroll Hutson, 59, of Cairo, was arrested Oct. 27 at 5:54 a.m. in Cairo and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. Hutson was released on his own recognizance.
- Ryan Fikert, 23, of Durham, was arrested Oct. 27 at 10:12 p.m. in Durham and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class A misdemeanor. Fikert was released on his own recognizance.
- Joshua Fikert, 24, of Durham, was arrested Oct. 27 at 10:12 p.m. in Durham and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class A misdemeanor. Fikert was released on his own recognizance.
- Christian Dalluge, 52, of Cairo, was arrested Oct. 28 at 5:57 p.m. in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. Dalluge’s arrest status was not reported.
- Perry Shaul, 41, of Schoharie, was arrested Oct. 29 at 5:29 p.m. in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Shaul’s arrest status was not reported.
- Mickeda Fleming, 24, of Brooklyn, was arrested Oct. 30 at 2:12 p.m. in Cairo and charged with official misconduct/public servant performing an illegal function, a class A misdemeanor. Fleming was issued an appearance ticket.
- Karyim Brown, 40, of Troy, was arrested Oct. 31 at 10:33 p.m. in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Brown was issued an appearance ticket.
