STATE POLICE

  •       Allen Fields, 36, of Montgomery, New York, was arrested Oct. 14 at 7:56 a.m. in
    Hunter and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs with a prior
    conviction, a class E felony; using a leased/rented/loaned vehicle not equipped
    with an interlock device, a class A misdemeanor; and public lewdness, a class B
    misdemeanor. Fields was issued an appearance ticket.

·      Jessie Angel, 34, of Cairo, was arrested Oct. 14 at 8:24 p.m. in Durham and charged
with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, criminal
mischief with intent to cause property damage, and acting in a manner injurious
to a child less than 17, all class A misdemeanors. Angel was released on their
own recognizance.

·      Christopher Willix, 41, of Durham, was arrested Oct. 14 at 8:24 p.m. in Durham and charged
with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury and acting in a
manner injurious to a child less than 17, both class A misdemeanors. Willix was
released on his own recognizance.

·      Elijah Demetre Jenkins, 32, of Coxsackie, was arrested Oct. 17 at 10:15 a.m. in Cairo
and charged with aggravated family offense and criminal contempt, both class E
felonies. Jenkins was released on his own recognizance.
