  • Doreen Romeo, 50, of South Cairo, was arrested Sept. 27 at 10:11 p.m. in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Romeo was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Ramon Muniz, 48, of Mastic Beach, was arrested Sept. 27 at 10:32 p.m. in Tannersville and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Muniz was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Lauren Elizabeth Miller, 28, of Catskill, was arrested Sept. 28 at 3:38 a.m. in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Miller was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Norina Starr, 42, of Catskill, was arrested Sept. 28 at 3:52 a.m. in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Starr was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Shivania Allesha Bassoo, 20, of Schenectady, was arrested Sept. 28 at 11:15 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Bassoo was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Jada Rios, 21, of Rochester, was arrested Sept. 28 at 1:08 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Rios was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Jasmine Kimble-Bonner, 26, of the Bronx, was arrested Sept. 28 at 7:18 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Kimble-Bonner was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Layla Stover, 28, of Kingston, was arrested Sept. 29 at 12:37 a.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Stover was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Jesse Wilson, 32, of Catskill, was arrested Sept. 29 at 11:24 a.m. in Cairo and charged with two counts of torturing or injuring animals/failure to provide sustenance, a class A misdemeanor. Wilson was issued an appearance ticket.
  • John Stephen Puorro, 54, of Earlton, was arrested Sept. 29 at 5:15 p.m. in Cairo and charged with unlawful dissemination or publication of an intimate image, a class A misdemeanor. Puorro was released on his own recognizance.
  • Joseph O’Connor, 29, of Catskill, was arrested Sept. 30 at 12:41 a.m. in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified msidemeanors. O’Connor was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Brett Watts, 58, of Round Top, was arrested Oct. 1 at 8:54 p.m. in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content over 0.18%, all unclassified misdemeanors. Watts was issued an appearance ticket.
  • An unidentified 17-year-old juvenile, of Watervliet, was arrested Oct. 2 at 5:07 p.m. in Cairo and charged with two counts of criminal mischief with intent to damage property, a class A misdemeanor. The individual was issued a family court appearance ticket.
  • An unidentified 18-year old juvenile, of Troy, was arrested Oct. 2 at 5:07 p.m. in Cairo and charged with two counts of criminal mischeif with intent to damage property, a class A misdemeanor. The individual was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Jenifer Davis, 47, of Cairo, was arrested Oct. 2 at 2:54 p.m. in Cairo and charged with petty larceny and acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17, both class A misdemeanors. Davis was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Derek Stewart, 46, of Cornwallville, was arrested Oct. 3 at 10:26 p.m. in Durham and charged with third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony. Stewart was released on his own recognizance.
  • Kori Cira, 64, of Acra, was arrested Oct. 3 at 2:08 p.m. in Cairo and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony, and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Cira was released on their own recognizance.
