STATE POLICE

  • Cory Cramer, 26, of Stottville, was arrested Sept. 20 at 7:44 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. Cramer’s arrest status was not reported.
  • Samuel Keir, 54, of Hannacroix, was arrested Sept. 20 at 8:45 p.m. in Greenville and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony. Keir was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Kristopher Coudriet, 48, of Coxsackie, was arrested Sept. 20 at 10:12 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Coudriet’s arrest status was not reported.
  • Dennis Buckley, 32, of East Greenbush, was arrested Sept. 20 at 11:38 p.m. in Greenville and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony, and manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor. Buckley was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Shawntay Wellsey, 38, of Purling, was arrested Sept. 21 at 4:30 p.m. in Cairo and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Wellsey was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Kristina Oja, 56, of Purling, was arrested Sept. 22 at 2:26 a.m. in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Oja was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Andy Rodriguez Reimundi, 26, of Amsterdam, was arrested Sept. 23 at 3:59 a.m. in New Baltimore and charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class B felonies. Reimundi was taken to central arraignment.
  • Dimitrius Tart, 20, of Coxsackie, was arrested Sept. 24 at 3:49 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree knowingly making/possessing dangerous contraband in prison, a class D felony. Tart’s arrest status was not reported.
  • An unidentified juvenile, 14, of Denver, Pennsylvania, was arrested Sept. 25 at 1:42 a.m. in Catskill and charged with third-degree unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, a class A misdemeanor. The individual was issued a family court appearance ticket.
  • Roby Cruz-Hernandez, 61, of Somerset, New Jersey, was arrested Sept. 26 at 10:51 a.m. and charged with first-degree sexual abuse/contact with a victim less than 13, a class D felony, and acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17 and forcible touching, both class A misdemeanors. Cruz-Hernandez was transported to central arraignment.
