  • Vincent Kelly, 29, of East Durham, was arrested Sept. 12 at 2:02 p.m. in Durham and charged with third-degree bail jumping, a class A misdemeanor. Kelly’s arrest status was not reported.
  • Richard Getty, 62, of Catskill, was arrested Sept. 12 at 5:50 p.m. in Catskill and charged with third-degree criminal trespassing, a class B misdemeanor. Getty was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Heidi Albright, 45, of Leeds, was arrested Sept. 13 at 2:09 a.m. in Cairo and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Albright was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Alberto Garcia, 24, of Tannersville, was arrested Sept. 14 at 3:47 a.m. in Tannersville and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Garcia was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Shane Dechamp, 37, of Hudson, was arrested Sept. 15 at 5:11 a.m. in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Dechamp was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Shaquita Randall, 27, of New York City, was arrested Sept. 15 at 1:13 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree knowingly introducing dangerous contraband into a prison and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, both class D felonies, and second-degree introducing contraband into a prison and acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17, both class A misdemeanors. Randall was released on her own recognizance.
  • Corey Knoth, 48, of Leeds, was arrested Sept. 15 at 5:13 p.m. in Cairo and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content over 0.18%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Knoth was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Peter Gooley, 49, of East Durham, was arrested Sept. 15 at 11:18 p.m. in Durham and charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17 and forcible touching, both class A misdemeanors. Gooley was released on his own recognizance.
  • Shannon Joseph, 40, of Amsterdam, was arrested Sept. 16 at 4:15 p.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs with a prior conviction and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child passenger less than 16, both class E felonies, and driving while ability impaired/combined influence of drugs or alcohol and drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. Joseph was transported to central arraignment.
  • Gary Kolkau, 36, of Catskill, was arrested Sept. 17 at 11:22 p.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Kolkau was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Barbara Sommerville, 69, of Berne, was arrested Sept. 18 at 6:35 p.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both class E felonies. Sommerville was released on her own recognizance.
  • Luis Warner, 42, of Climax, was arrested Sept. 18 at 9:42 p.m. in Greenville and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content over 0.18%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Warner was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Charli Hungerford, 26, of Catskill, was arrested Sept. 19 at 8:53 a.m. in Athens and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Hungerford was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Adam Smith, 28, of Freehold, was arrested Sept. 19 at 4:34 p.m. in Greenville and charged with third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony, and third-degree criminal mischief/damaging another person’s vehicle and two counts of fourth-degree grand larceny/credit card, both class E felonies. Smith was released on his own recognizance.
  • Michael Horrigan, 73, of Wading River, was arrested Sept. 19 at 7:51 p.m. in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Horrigan was issued an appearance ticket.
