STATE POLICE

  • Jason Lee Leshefsky, 38, of Lanesville, was arrested Sept. 7 at 2:55 a.m. in Durham and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance/cocaine, a class D felony; second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. Leshefsky was held with no bail.
  • Naji Stratton, 26, of Albany, was arrested Sept. 7 at 12:52 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Stratton was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Dawn Seeley, 65, of Catskill, was arrested Sept. 7 at 11:36 p.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Seeley was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Audun Francis Peterson, 22, of East Durham, was arrested Sept. 8 at 2:27 a.m. in Cairo and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Peterson was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Paul Chiesa, 34, of Cairo, was arrested Sept. 8 at 1:10 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with criminal contempt/violating an order of protection, a class E felony, and second-degree reckless endangerment and criminal mischief, both class A misdemeanors. Chiesa was taken to central arraingment.
  • Olivia Ann Cavallaro, 29, of Port Ewen, was arrested Sept. 8 at 11:30 p.m. in Catskill and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors. Cavallaro was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Michael LaRosa, 24, of Leeds, was arrested Sept. 10 at 8:03 p.m. in Catskill and charged with second-degree assault with intent to cause serious physical injury, a class D felony. LaRosa was issued cash bail in an undisclosed amount.
  • Christopher Clifford, 63, of Woodbury, was arrested Sept. 11 at 1:30 a.m. in Hunter and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. Clifford was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Tracie Rimmer, 50, of Ravena, was arrested Sept. 11 at 11:14 a.m. in Cairo and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content over 0.18%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Rimmer was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Michael Dauphin, 30, of Elka Park, was arrested Sept. 11 at 3:34 p.m. in Catskill and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors; and operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. Dauphin was issued an appearance ticket.
  • David Albrecht, 39, of South Abington, Pennsylvania, was arrested Sept. 12 at 12:43 a.m. in Catskill and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, both unclassified misdemeanors. Albrecht was issued an appearance ticket.
