STATE POLICE

  • An unidentified juvenile, 17, of Catskill, was arrested Aug. 31 at 6:42 a.m. in Catkill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. The individual was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Nathan Wyckoff, 20, of Gilboa, was arrested Aug. 31 at 7:22 p.m. in Windham and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content over 0.18% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Wyckoff was issued an appearance ticket.
  • John Servider, 24, of Cairo, was arrested Aug. 31 at 7:43 p.m. in Cairo and charged with third-degree bail jumping, a class A misdemeanor. Servider was issued cash bail in an undisclosed amount.
  • Tracey Simmons, 37, of Catskill, was arrested Aug. 31 at 10:48 p.m. in Cairo and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child passenger less than 16, a class E felony; two counts of acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17, a class A misdemeanor; and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Simmons’ arrest status was not reported.
  • Ashlynn Peck, 23, of Greenville, was arrested Sept. 1 at 12:48 a.m. in Durham and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Peck was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Yehuda Berko, 42, of West Lawrence, was arrested Sept. 1 at 2:33 a.m. in Durham and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Berko was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Tatiana Armstrong, 22, of Coxsackie, was arrested Sept. 1 at 2:53 a.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Armstrong was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Christian Vivadelli, 30, of Greenville, was arrested Sept. 1 at 5:07 a.m. in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Vivadelli was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Bradlee Snyder, 40, of Catskill, was arrested Sept. 2 at 10:45 a.m. in Catskill and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors. Snyder was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Raymond Brickley, 41, of Cairo, was arrested Sept. 2 at 10:39 p.m. in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% with a prior conviction and driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction, both class A felonies, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors. Brickley was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Michael Bray, 34, of Catskill, was arrested Sept. 3 at 10:12 p.m. in Catskill and charged with first-degree harassment, a class B misdemeanor. Bray’s arrest status was not reported.
  • Joseph Apuzzi, 32, of Catskill, was arrested Sept. 4 at 10:47 p.m. in Athens and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony. Apuzzi was taken to central arraignment.
  • Jordan Nelson, 28, of Athens, was arrested Sept. 4 at 10:47 p.m. in Athens and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony. Nelson was taken to central arraignment.
