- Angela Carrougher, 44, of Brooklyn, was arrested Aug. 16 at 2 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Carrougher was issued an appearance ticket.
- Richard Carelli, 44, of Athens, was arrested Aug. 16 at 3:55 p.m. in Ulster and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance/narcotic and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance/narcotic with intent to sell, both class B felonies, and tampering with physical evidence, a class E felony. Carelli was released on his own recognizance.
- Benjamen Hodzic, 29, of Catskill, was arrested Aug. 17 at 1:15 a.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content over 0.18%, both unclassified msidemeanors. Hodzic was issued an appearance ticket.
- Annette Ruffin, 33, of Rockville Centre, was arrested Aug. 17 at 1:15 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree knowingly introducing dangerous contraband into a prison, a class D felony, and second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Ruffin was issued an appearance ticket.
- Peter Mau, 61, of Lexington, was arrested Aug. 18 at 1 a.m. in Lexington and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. Mau was issued an appearance ticket.
- Abriana Maseda, 21, of the Bronx, was arrested Aug. 18 at 12:45 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Maseda was issued an appearance ticket.
- Seth Mahoney, 22, of Windham, was arrested Aug. 19 at 2:58 a.m. in Ashland and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Mahoney was issued an appearance ticket.
- Mario Chavez, 19, of Coxsackie, was arrested Aug. 20 at 12:37 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree knowingly making/possessing dangerous contraband in prison, a class D felony. Chavez’s arrest status was not reported.
- Christopher Carney, 30, of Cairo, was arrested Aug. 20 at 10:52 p.m. in Durham and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Carney was issued an appearance ticket.
- Charles Moore, 44, of Port Jervis, was arrested Aug. 21 at 2:42 p.m. in Cairo and charged with second-degree criminal contempt/disobeying a court order. Moore was released on his own recognizance.
- Andrew Robinson, 32, of Catskill, was arrested Aug. 23 at 8:32 p.m. in Durham and charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a class D felony, and unauthorized use of a vehicle without the owner’s consent, a class A misdemeanor. Robinson was issued an appearance ticket.
- Michael Dodig, 31, of Cairo, was arrested Aug. 23 at 11:31 p.m. in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Dodig’s arrest status was not reported.
- Noel Cercone, 20, of Ashland, was arrested Aug. 24 at 1:28 a.m. in Windham and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Cercone was issued an appearance ticket.

- Michelle Rivera, 34, of Syracuse, was arrested Aug. 24 at 11:13 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Rivera was released on her own recognizance.
- An unidentified juvenile, 18, of Schenectady, was arrested Aug. 24 at 1:40 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. The individual was issued an appearance ticket.
- Alycia Hotaling, 50, of Catskill, was arrested Aug. 24 at 11:36 p.m. in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree criminal contempt/disobeying a court order, both class A misdemeanors. Hotaling was issued cash bail in an undisclosed amount.
- Sheila Ann Sutton, 47, of Prattsville, was arrested Aug. 24 at 11:01 p.m. in Ashland and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Sutton’s arrest status was not reported.
