STATE POLICE

  • Stephanie Vargas, 21, of the Bronx, was arrested Aug. 11 at 4:10 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class A misdemeanor. Vargas was issued an appearance ticket.
  • David Wood, 49, of Durham, was arrested Aug. 11 at 8:18 p.m. in Durham and charged with third-degree criminal mischief/damaging another person’s property, a class E felony. Wood was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Allan Garcia, 20, of Levittown, was arrested Aug. 12 at 12:11 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Garcia was issued an appearance ticket.
  • James Vela, 53, of Catskill, was arrested Aug. 12 at 2:44 a.m. in Catskill and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, a class A misdemeanor. Vela was released on his own recognizance.
  • Christopher Willix, 41, of Durham, was arrested Aug. 12 at 5:59 a.m. in Durham and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class A misdemeanor. Willix was released on his own recognizance.
  • Charles Henry Corey, 27, of Cornwallville, was arrested Aug. 13 at 5:55 p.m. in Durham and charged with first-degree criminal contempt/violating an order of protection and third-degree criminal mischief/damaging another person’s property, both class E felonies, and third-degree menacing, a class B misdemeanor. Corey’s arrest status was not reported.
  • Michael McCoy, 25, of Freehold, was arrested Aug. 14 at 10:57 a.m. in Cairo and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, both class A misdemeanors, and three counts of third-degree menacing. McCoy was taken to central arraignment.
  • Anthony Sangi, 21, of Catskill, was arrested Aug. 15 at 12:46 a.m. in Catskill and charged with second-degree burglary, a class C felony. Sangi was taken to central arraignment.
  • Casey Robertson, 31, of Catskill, was arrested Aug. 14 at 10:57 p.m. in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Robertson was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Gregory Walker, 32, of Windham, was arrested Aug. 15 at 12:01 a.m. in Hunter and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Walker was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Dana Workman, 38, of West Coxsackie, was arrested Aug. 15 at 10:45 a.m. in Cairo and charged with third-degree larceny, a class D felony, and first-degree falsifying business records, a class E felony. Workman was released on their own recognizance.
  • David Wood, 49, of Durham, was arrested Aug. 15 at 8 p.m. in Durham and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property, a class A misdemeanor. Wood was taken to central arraignment.
  • Jacob Vermilyea, 25, of West Coxsackie, was arrested Aug. 15 at 9:32 p.m. in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Vermilyea was issued an appearance ticket.
