STATE POLICE
- Andrew Ford, 48, of Cairo, was arrested July 19 at 4 p.m. in Cairo and charged with second-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon, a class D felony, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use, a class A misdemeanor. Ford was transported to central arraignment.
- Taveren Silver Knight, 59, of Jefferson, was arrested July 19 at 11:06 p.m. in Durham and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Knight was issued an appearance ticket.
- Lenden Ivery, 46, of Catskill, was arrested July 19 at 11:17 p.m. in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Ivery was issued an appearance ticket.
- Vanity Perez, 30, of Hudson, was arrested July 20 at 2:35 a.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. Perez was released on their own recognizance.
- Malcolm Dixon, 25, of Catskill, was arrested July 20 at 3 a.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Dixon was issued an appearance ticket.
- An unidentified 18-year-old, of the Bronx, was arrested July 20 at 10:02 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree possession of contraband in a prison, a class A misdemeanor. The individual was issued an appearance ticket.
- Brian Ackert, 44, of Catskill, was arrested July 21 at 12:02 a.m. in Catskill and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony, and manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia and three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, all class A misdemeanors. Ackert was released on his own recognizance.
- Raymond Hillje, 51, of Catskill, was arrested July 21 at 12:02 a.m. in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors. Hillje was issued an appearance ticket.
- Alexander Dennis-Browne, 33, of Glen Cove, was arrested July 21 at 2:13 p.m. in Catskill and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content over 0.18%, driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, all unclassified misdemeanors. Dennis-Browne was issued an appearance ticket.
- Dillon Forman, 32, of Medusa, was arrested July 22 at 9:13 p.m. in Durham and charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, all unclassified misdemeanors. Forman was issued an appearance ticket.
- Evelyn Perez, 24, of Leeds, was arrested July 23 at 1:59 p.m. in Catskill and charged with second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, both class A misdemeanors. Perez was released on her own recognizance.
- Vincent Genovese, 59, of Preston Hollow, was arrested July 23 at 9:35 p.m. in Durham and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction, a class D felony, and second-degree menacing, a class A misdemeanor. Genovese was released on his own recognizance.
- Steven Zirngibl, 56, of Freehold, was arrested July 23 at 9:17 p.m. in Durham and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Zirngibl was issued an appearance ticket.
- Monika Sieminska, 41, of Prattsville, was arrested July 23 at 9:26 p.m. in Prattsville and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. Sieminska’s arrest status was not reported.
- Neil Colligan, 56, of Palenville, was arrested July 24 at 8:24 p.m. in Catskill and charged with arson/intentionally damaging property of another by fire or explosion and criminal mischief with intent to damage property, both class A misdemeanors. Colligan was issued an appearance ticket.
- Audrey Blackwell, 30, of Prattsville, was arrested July 25 at 1:40 a.m. in Lexington and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Blackwell was issued an appearance ticket.
