STATE POLICE

  • Paul Artis, 35, of Albany, was arrested July 13 at 12:38 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Artis was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Jason Bridgeford, 42, of Earlton, was arrested July 13 at 8:15 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree criminal contempt/disobeying a court order, a class A misdemeanor. Bridgeford was transported to central arraignment.
  • Ganesh Sanpal, 48, of Cairo, was arrested July 14 at 12:20 a.m. in Cairo and charged with first-degree criminal contempt/violating an order of protection, a class E felony; acing in a manner injurious to a child less than 17 and second-degree criminal contempt/disobeying a court order, both class A misdemeanors; and third-degree menacing, a class B misdemeanor. Sanpal was issued cash bail in an undisclosed amount.
  • Ryan DaCosta, 22, of Central Islip, was arrested July 14 at 11:49 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. DaCosta was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Miguel Mojica, 48, of Leeds, was arrested July 11 at 8:40 p.m. in Cairo and charged with issuing a bad check, a class B misdemeanor. Mojica’s arrest status was not reported.
  • Blake Rivera, 39, of Kingston, was arrested July 15 at 4:39 p.m. in Catskill and charged with third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. Rivera was released on his own recognizance.
  • Christina Mauriello, 40, of Cornwallville, was arrested July 16 at 9:16 p.m. in Durham and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony. Mauriello was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Ashley Morehouse, 27, of Nassau, was arrested July 17 at 12:49 a.m. in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors. Morehouse was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Bilal Ahmad, 25, of Palenville, was arrested July 17 at 12:49 a.m. and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors. Ahmad was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Melinda Mann, 53, of Bloomington, New York, was arreted July 17 at 1:50 p.m. in Cairo and charged with public lewdness, a class B misdemeanor. Mann was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Sheena Hulbert, 35, of East Durham, was arrested July 17 at 11:05 p.m. in Durham and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony, and driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Hulbert was issued an appearance ticket.
